It's an OK gym, and the staff were very friendly. However, the lighting in the car park at night is very poor and I did not feel safe. Also, they have a daily booking system for the classes which starts at 7am. For example, if I want to book a class for next Sunday I have to ensure I get up at 7am the Sunday before to book it on the app. Personally this did not work for me due to my work schedule, and I found certain classes (i.e. Body Pump) are extremely popular and all the spots get taken quickly i.e. even when I logged in at 08.30am on the app. You sort of have to plan your life around this gym, and get up every day at 7am to book your classes so I cancelled my membership as I need something more flexible.

Nice gym with moderate number of equipents, sauna and steam. However in terms of negotiating membership, the branch team is not so helpful. The Head office was helpful

I have ten friends that are willing to join the gym however they become put off buying the membership due to early closing on weekends. They said if it closed at 10pm it would be great gym to join.

This gym has been going strong for 20+ years. Yes it is in need some TLC here and there but the team that run the club are an absolute pleasure and always go above and beyond. They are so helpful and friendly. The classes here are superb! Brandon the Fitness Manager is by far the nicest man I have yet to meet. The spa facilities work great so please disregard the negative reviews about the sauna it's the best working sauna I've been in! What gym doesn't have facility issues from time to time! Honestly if you want a gym that has it all this is for you :) 5 stars!!!!!

Decent gym. Staff are friendly and not overly busy at peak times. Quite a variety of classes, boxing studio, separate class studio. Ladies only section could be better- limited equipment and small.

By far the best gym , amazing vibe and the instructors are super professionals...Big shout out to James (gym manager) for his professionalism and for being a great instructor, you are guaranteed a good sweat attending his classes. Nat is another brilliant instructor, she is that one instructor who doesn’t play and there to train you and will push you to get out of your comfort zone. I love it there so much😊

Good gym with parking, and able to get most of the machines you want even near peak times Staff are friendly and helpful, Only downside for me is they are maybe lacking some benches and multiple sets of dumbbells, so free weight exercises may take longer. Also changing rooms often have a strong smell
